Choosing the Right Tyre Changer for Your Mobile Van
The right tyre changer depends on the vehicles you will service and the space in your van. For most mobile fitters, a compact 12v-compatible unit like the Concept GE C112 or C222 handles cars and light commercials comfortably while leaving room for the rest of your kit. If you are working on heavier commercial vehicles or want faster cycle times, a semi-automatic or heavy-duty unit such as the Eurotek T1000Pro or Hofmann Luxus 514 gives you more capability, at the cost of a little more space and power draw. Think about wheel size range, rim protection, and whether you need a swing-arm or tilt-back column for tight van interiors. Not sure which suits your setup? Our equipment specialists will talk you through it. Call 01302 203 888.
