Payment and finance

Delivery and handover
Estimated build and delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on handover or delivery of the vehicle or equipment.
Warranties and liability
Equipment is supplied with the manufacturer warranty stated on the relevant product page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
