Bead breaking, mounting and demounting, and the safety zones to respect while you work.
Safe operation of your wheel balancer
Mounting the wheel, hand-spin technique, and accurate weight placement.
Roadside workflow
Setting up safely on a driveway or roadside, managing traffic and space, and keeping the customer onside.
Kit handling and storage
Securing equipment in transit, keeping the van organised, and end-of-day routines that protect your investment.
Basic kit maintenance
Daily checks, lubrication points, and knowing when something needs a service.
Health and safety essentials
PPE, manual handling, weight limits, and lone-worker awareness.

Training takes place at our Doncaster facility on the day you collect your van. It's scheduled in advance and takes around half a working day, so you drive away the same day, trained and ready.
